Jimmy Bolger is a native of Chicago, Illinois. At the time of the move to Phoenix in 2006, his priorities were athletics and music, specifically hockey and guitar. Now 16 years later, almost nothing has changed. Running the company full time provides the perfect balance to a few hours of Patrick Kane and Jerry Cantrell emulation when he can manage. One could easily say he has 15+ years in the business, as hard as that may be to believe. Jimmy grew up around home building in every stage. Before he was helping his dad out on job sites, he was 3 years old and his favorite toy was a tape measure. Fast forward 6 or 7 years, and he found himself hearing the same complaints over and over on those job sites; the demo team's work was sloppy, messy, slow, and sometimes plain inaccurate. A shocking story to him, as that was his favorite part of the process anyway, breaking stuff, knocking stuff down. He couldn't imagine someone not enjoying doing that particular job thoroughly. A little over a decade later, and he feels the same way, although nowadays he's quite a bit more calculated in his methods.
